Chris, 30, was photographing at the reputedly haunted Edward Jenner Museum in Berkeley, Gloucestershire, and captured the image on his camera.

A BBC journalist unintentionally captured a mysterious figure on camera.

I've seen my share of ghost photos and most of the time I'm very sceptical (possible photoshop, dust, etc). However, this is BBC we are talking about.

American Civil Liberties Union : ACLU Challenges Patents On Breast Cancer Genes

Truly an outrage - 20% of Human - our - genes have been patented !

On 12th May 2009, ACLU.org filed a lawsuit against 2 of those patents, on behalf of hundreds of thousands of scientists. These 2 patents are for genes related to Breast Cancer.

Quoted :

"As a result of the U.S. P.T.O granting patents on the BRCA genes to Myriad Genetics, Myriad's lab is the only place in the country where diagnostic testing can be performed. Because only Myriad can test for the BRCA gene mutations, others are prevented from testing these genes or developing alternative tests. Myriad's monopoly on the BRCA genes makes it impossible for women to access other tests or get a second opinion about their results, and allows Myriad to charge a high rate for their tests – over $3,000, which is too expensive for some women to afford."

It is now truly clear without any doubt that The patent system is indeed VERY broken.
