Who would have guessed - Hamas offering peace ? The "terrorist organization" ? Believe it.
At the moment, people from both sides are thinking emotionally, induced by the constant attacks.
10 years of ceasefire would enable people to think more rationally. Time will heal the wounds.
At the moment Hamas is unable to recognize Israel - but it IS willing to. Quoted :

Being a state based on terror since its inception, Israel ignored the offer. While its cronies, like USA govt, rejects it outright.
